I took my ol' friend and World famous Skipper, Scott Williams and his two sons out for a morning after them. Fishweather threw us a curve and I ended up putting us on the wrong end of things after the wind decided to breeze up...We burned fuel and scrapped away but I sure didn't put em in the meat, as was my intent. If there was anyone that understands though, it's this bunch. All in all, we had a great time catching up and watching his boys get after it. They are already two little forces to be reckoned with on a rod and reel. My only regret is that I didn't get Scott to sing "the River" as we sailed across the sound in the twilight....That would have made it all complete.
Thanks again fellas and expect a call when they are thick like fleas!
