Dave Huth Triple Crown Tournament

Ran home from Hatteras and the other side of Gulf Stream Sunday night to prepare for the 6th annual Triple Crown Tournament. This is an annual light tackle tournament that targets Specks, Flounder and Puppy drum. It also honors the memory of Dave Huth, a great friend to everyone down here, who passed away a few years ago. Dave loved this kind of fishing and was certainly one of the best that ever casted a spinning rod. This year I had my family and my buddy Kyle Fisher and his daughter Jaylen. We managed to scrap out a good catch and won top female angler as well as top youth angler. Good time as always and thanks to John Bayliss and his crew for hosting and Dewey Hemilright for the gross ton of soft crabs he fried up!
