Nice class of fish

Posted By: JJ

I had Bill Tucker of Kitty Hawk and a couple of his buddies from the Northern Neck of Va. out this morning. The SW wind increased steadily as the day progressed and there were squalls around us most of the time. We were lucky though; we never got rained on and managed to catch a nice mess of speckled trout and a puppy drum. The trout bit fairly well at times and were a beautiful 16"-20" class. After we kept enough for them to eat we turned loose more keeper sized fish at several different spots. These guys were laid back and I enjoyed having them on the boat.
