it is impossible to show all of the dishes that we create in this format...The lobster, the crab legs, the conch, the duck cutlets, the venison, the myriad of fish, the 15 lb. tenderloins all rubbed down, the chicken quarters, all of the sides and sauces, the breakfast options, the smoked ribs, the chopped pork butts, the shrimp, the oysters, the bountiful appetizer menu, the late night creative test kitchen desserts....It is a good time to behold...
